Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after fulfillment
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.
